1. Rental Requirements
- Drivers must be at least 21 years old
- A valid driving license is required (international license may be required for non-EU residents)
- A valid ID or passport must be provided at the time of rental
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability
- Prices may vary depending on season, vehicle type, and rental duration
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation
- We accept secure payment methods for your convenience
3. Vehicle Use
- The vehicle must only be driven by the person(s) listed in the rental agreement
- Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or off-road driving
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
- The renter is responsible for any fines, penalties, or violations during the rental period
4. Pickup & Return Policy
- Vehicles can be picked up from agreed locations, including Cyprus Airport
- The vehicle must be returned on time and in the same condition as received
- Late returns may result in additional charges
5. Insurance & Liability
- Basic insurance coverage is included (details provided at booking)
- The renter is responsible for any damage not covered under insurance
- In case of an accident, the renter must inform us immediately
6. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are typically provided with a set fuel level and must be returned at the same level
- Additional charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return
7. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in advance
- Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation
- No-shows may result in cancellation without refund
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy
- We take appropriate measures to protect your data
9. Changes to Terms
